March 15, 2010 -- Memphis -- Corporate Paralegal:  A large, innovative, dynamic law firm with a practice spanning the full spectrum of today’s business environments is seeking a Paralegal for our Memphis office.  Job Description:  Will conduct extensive legal research relating to complex problems and projects and will prepare memoranda and/or opinions containing recommended courses of action and/or solutions to legal issues.  Research and analyze law sources in order to prepare legal documents.  Conduct interviews and investigations in order to gather information relating to particular legal issues.  Prepare drafts of resolutions, ordinances, responses to legislative requests, leases and contracts.   Provide full support to their assigned attorneys, as well as, assist any other attorney within the firm that may require assistance.Minimum requirements for the position are 2 to 4 years experience in a corporate legal environment.  The qualified candidate must have excellent written and oral communication skills and a strong working knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs.A paralegal certificate from an ABA accredited school is preferred. TPA members, please contact Susan Veal for more information:  sveal@cbslawfirm.com
