Randstad is seeking a Bilingual Paralegal for our client located in Memphis, TN. This is a permanent position in a local Personal Injury Law Firm. This position is very demanding and only those candidates with a legal background should apply. Salary range is from $28,000 to $32,000 based on experience.

General Responsibilities:

• Work closely with up to six attorneys.
• Preparation of court documents to include, but not limited to, drafting pleadings, discovery and legal correspondence, etc.
• Arrange and follow up with dates and calendars for attorneys.
• Prepare letters to attorney, courts, providers and insurance companies.
• Conduct legal research as well as research medical records as necessary.
• Must be cognitive of important deadlines within their caseload at all times.

Qualifications:

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
• Must be a quick learner with the ability to utilitize and learn the firm’s software and database.
• Must be a self starter and able to work with minimal supervision.
